Last year’s World of Fashion Photographer of the Year was Viktorija Pashuta, Ali Levine, Celebrity Stylist visits with her Behind the Seams of her all-new publication titled Basic Magazine to learn of her new endeavors since winning the first OC Fashion Week Award. Winners also included Dawn Michelle Nash and George Arguelles. This year’s competition we look forward to all new talent at OC Fashion Week.
